Social Steakhouse - Saint John

We had recently a party of 12 here and the reservation went exactly as planned. the night was one to remember and I plan to host the same event next year also here. the personal was very courteous and the design and layout of the restaurant for an incredible atmosphere. as I said, I will be back

We had a group of approximately 16 for my sister's birthday. My husband and I arrived early and sat at the bar while we waited. The bar is so nice, loved the layout. When we sat down, the staff couldn't have been more attentive, the food arrived fast, hot and delicious! We loved it. I have been back and I will go back again!

I have been to the Social bar a few times with my family and I have never felt so important in any other restaurant than this one. The atmosphere is very pretty looking over the Harbour and the decor is beautiful. The service is second to none and the food is mouth watering. I recommend taking your honey to this restaurant for any special occasion. Or just out with friends for a drink, you won’t be disappointed!

Had a lovely meal. Delicious beef and seafood. Very friendly wait staff. Fast service and relaxing atmosphere!! Will go back soon!!!

Was there tonight and will not go back to recommend it. My husband was the last to be served his steak out of 9 people. He waited at least 15 last the last person who got their plate. Gave him a well done steak when he asked for medium rare. Then had to wait another 15 minutes for his order finally. So everyone was finished eating and he was just starting. The waitress was great. Kudos to her for having poor kitchen staff to deal with like that. He got a free beer but really his meal should have been free for all that. Can't believe I paid almost $100 for a couple drinks and food that wasn't great and huge wait time and it wasn't busy.
