Papa John's - Saint John

A medium with the work picked up on our way through the area, service was ok and pizza only moderate, with not much for toppings. Not a high quality pizza, we will try another joint next time.

This restaurant is a complete rip off. The pizza has no toppings, a thick crust on the sides, and is overpriced. The bacon was strange and there was hardly any cheese, even when you order extra. They also recently reduced their portion sizes, which makes me think they may be closing soon. The East Saint John location is the worst pizza place in town - it's always empty while Dominos across the street is always busy.

It's been months when I was in West Saint John. I ordered online at 20:30, it was assumed to take 15-25 minutes. They were fast I went to the store waiting to be served at 8:50, they asked my name.... I stood by the counter. At 9 a.m. the same person asked my name to make a payment. I asked for plates. Then she made a pizza. I asked if you just started my pizza, she says it takes only 6 minutes. When I returned to get the pizza, she asked my name again the pizza, I asked for plates napkins again. The pizza toppings were minimal. No good experience. The server did not even smile when she washed her hands, she simply went through the movements, bad customer service.

The young person at the counter was very pleasant, the seating area was clean and well arranged. They said it would take 25 minutes, but it didn't take long and they brought it to the table. Best pizza I've had for a long time...

We like to celebrate our birthdays at work and often choose to order Papa John's Pizza. The pizza is amazing with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the cheese sticks are absolutely delicious.
