Tim Hortons - Saint John Canada

Instead of remaking a whole new drink when they tried to give me a medium instead of a large they dumped the medium into a large cup and just added more on top of it with the whip cream still on it and then covered the top of the new drink in whip cream too and to top it off i ordered it with light

I buy a breakfast sandwich daily but always have problems having butter on it so I’ve learned to say add butter and then at least my chances are greater . Today I asked to add butter and was told by their employee it’s already with butter . I informed her many times it’s not and employees are rushing and if she could just hit add butter and she told me no while giving me an eye roll . It’s unfortunate cause many employees are great . I think it’s time , I give up on Tim Hortons . I’m tired of paying for something that is dry and gross and Im tired of being made to feel like an awful person because I like it to be made correctly.

Almost every morning I get breakfast there I end up with shells in my egg and it's so gross. The first time I thought was a fluke but it's literally every time I order anything with egg, so now I just avoid the eggs completely.Aside from that, most of the staff are very friendly and some even remember you if you go often enough which is always nice. Some staff look like they hate their lives.. but that's expected anywhere fastfood, haha.Overall, I enjoy this specific Tims. It's the only one that has NEVER messed up my coffee. Props to them for that! They just really need to work on their eggs.

I enjoyed my visit to this Tim Hortons due to the exceptional staff who provided excellent service, a refreshing change from my previous experiences at other Tim Hortons locations. The setting was also inviting and cozy.

I went through the drive through and got my routine Timmie's coffee fix. It is always great.
