Poppy's Pizza More - Saint John

Completely locally owned and operated, Poppy 's Pizza and More is right on Main Street in St. John, Kansas. The meat pizza is excellent. I tried the mini and the 10-inch. It is meaty and filling and hearty and good. The chicken wings were chicken wings. I could have really used a spicy, spicy, 'burn the seams off a baseball hot ' option. But I still enjoyed them. It 's hard to find good hot wings. However, Poppy 's wings will stave-off the hot wing craving when it strikes. The meatball sandwich was pretty good, although I thought the marinara sauce could have been spicier. Like I said, I like things with a kick. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. I love this business and the food. Give Poppy 's a try. You 'll be glad you did.
