Subway St-antoine -  Saint-Jerome,

Hell this subway, it's managed by one or more incompetent people, it's always trouble there, the fat one (the employee of the month probably) at 9:35 p.m. refused to make my order because it closes at 10 p.m. ?Saturday 11/11/23This is by far the worst of the 4 subways in Stjerome

The service at this restaurant was extremely unprofessional. The first employee I encountered asked me which bread I wanted, then simply walked away to the cash register without waiting for my response. Luckily, another employee stepped in to help. However, I later discovered a black substance in my salad condiments, which had also been put in my sandwich. When I asked about it, the employee simply said they didn't know and removed it. Additionally, when I tried to tell the cashier she could throw away my bill, she insisted that she had to keep it. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I will not be returning. I would recommend avoiding this place until they make some significant improvements.

Very poor service received from assistant manager named Carolanne... she ignored me for several minutes without serving me.. she preferred to speak on the phone, I wanted to speak to her and she ignored me, I finally decided to find another employer and I came across a manager fred with impeccable service!!!!You need to find better employees its not setting a good example.Being the boss I would kick her out!!!!!Very bad service fortunately the manager rectified everything!!!!The assistant avoided very poor service!!!!!

Schedule says they close at 11 p.m. we arrive at 8 a.m. the employee inside has already closed the doors and ignores us

Unprofessional service that doesn't even deserve 1 star! PITIFUL. Unable to give information regarding food allergies (ingredients in sauces or dressings). Did not heat my sub after topping it as requested. Weighed my chicken in a ramekin that was too big and that probably wasn't deducted from his scale...since when I asked him he wasn't able to answer me politely, properly and respectfully looking me in the eye. In short, if you want to be served by two clowns ? you know where to go. I just hope that the management of this business will see to it? My aunt held the one in Vieux-Terrebonne not long ago... and she would never, ever have tolerated such a spectacle.Vegetarian options: Choices without meat, vegetable style or veggie-pâté, salad, etc.
