Bidra med feedbackI was in St Jean as a recruit at CFLRS and found this gem my first weekend out. This restaurant serves some of the best Indian food I have ever tasted! (I have tried Indian cuisine in many parts of the world in many countries, trust!)The chicken dhansak is so delicious! I literally ordered from this place every single weekend I was there and sometimes twice on weekends! The staff are so welcoming and friendly. I’m missing the food and the service already!
We had a wonderful birthday celebration dinner at Le Sitar this evening. The food was amazing and the service was supreme! 5 gold stars We will be back again for sure!
Didn't have much to do on a Sunday evening and I went on a drive with my fiancee and ended up in St-Jean without any dinner plans. We found this little restaurant on google and decided to give it a try since both my fiancee and I love a good Indian meal. We discovered a new place that we will surely revisit. The food was outstanding, fresh and the staff super friendly and accommodating. I was able to substitue some items in the combo that we chose. Food was prepared quickly, the ambiance was fantastic and the waiter was super nice and attentive. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients and the lamb was fall apart tender. Easily in the top 3 Indian restaurants I've ever eaten in my life. It's my understanding that we got pretty lucky to be able to have a table because they are pretty busy usually so if you're planning on going there on Friday or Saturday, better make a reservation.
