Following a box, we had to have a gourmet meal for two which turned into a kraft picnic bag, water chips sandwich and a small pot of compote, misery! Poor breakfast, almost nothing. Chocolate probably in the water. Room pretty much apart from the duvet cover very uncomfortable, rough, like scratching. Very nice employee but very unpleasant and bad faith manager. Scam hotel. Having booked through Smartbox and, given the weather (recurring Cevenol storms) 48 hours before my trip, I requested a postponement depending on the establishment's possibilities. I found myself faced with a surly hotelier who told me that after 72 hours I would lose my payment. Reading the reviews on this hotel today, I understand that it would have been better to consult them beforehand. My Smartbox cassette being worth 229 euros, that's money earned very easily. It’s shameful what so-called traders allow themselves to do in France. It’s good for our reputation. I myself, having always been in this activity, would never have suspected similar practices. Very well located hostel but service not up to standard. Food drinks: The reception at the restaurant was very cold. We asked for details about the dishes, this made the waitress in a bad mood. Subsequently, the dishes arrived, they were made up of premium products from the local supermarket. Moreover, some foods were defrosted and still cold... How can we rate this place more than 2 stars? Upon arrival the hotel does not seem very well maintained but this is nothing compared to the state of the rooms which smell musty and which I hope are not all in the same condition as the one we have had. ..........
