Very passionate and fun host. Absolutely amazing view over the saint Laurence river. Very authentic Cabane a sucre with great explanation on the the process of making the famous maple syrup. First time at a sugar shack as an Aussie. Really cool to experience and enjoy. Food was good, drinks were easy to get and overall the singing and spoon playing was really enjoyable.
