Phat Deli Catering (royal Centre)

I should have known better than to give this restaurant a chance. The owner was rude when the restaurant was located in Yaletown, and he's still just as rude at the current location. I ordered a small smoked meat sandwich for $12 plus tax. As I was eating, I noticed a sign advertising a lunch special for a small smoked meat sandwich and fries for $10.50. Instead of informing me about the special and potentially earning my loyalty, the owner said nothing. The fries I saw left over on dirty plates did not look appealing, so I wasn't too bothered about missing out on them. The smoked meat itself was also mediocre. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this restaurant. Date of visit: February 18.
