Slow service, rice was undercooked and found a hair in my burrito. Super disappointed.

Healthier alternative to fast food. The chicken had a smoky flavor that I didn't care for, but otherwise the Buddah Bowl was fresh and delicious. The location was nice, and had seating outside that would likely be an excellent place to lunch on a warmday.

I got a take here for lunch. I was told when ordering the chicken could not be heating as advertised because their steamer was broken, fair enough as I was told before paying. I was handed my meal in about 2 minutes and left. The server checked how muchtip I had left (I leave single figure tip for over the counter take our service as I'm paying for the food buy not receiving anyservice on top of that, and the chicken was not going to be heated). After checking the tip she handed me a half portion offood, pretty obvious because of the tip. I have been to freshiis all over the Lower Mainland prob 50 times, I know what theservings look like. Won't ever be coming back here and wouldn't recommend it. It's not a restaurant, it's an over the countertake out lunch spot, a tip is payment for service on top of the food price, take out joints don't offer any additional service,that's not their business model.

Slowest place ever. Takes sometimes longer than 30 minutes. They also don?t keep track of orders so if you don?t ask every once in a while they will forget. They also are inconsistent with charging, I get charged something different everytime and I orderthe same thing. Avoid.

I used their $5 coupon for the teriyaki check salad. Even though it was a great deal, but I was disappointed to see some of the ingredients were not fresh, and the food amount was significantly less than the other location in Richmond that I visitedbefore. I was very excited to receive the coupon but felt a little bit let down : .
