Staying at nearby Holiday Inn Express browsing the internet to find nearest local cheese factory ... found Fromagerie Qualité Summum just 2.3 kms away. Upon arrival, we found that this is also a restaurant. Although it was breakfast time, restaurant was just about empty except for one man sitting alone in a booth by the window reading a newspaper, but don't recall if he was even having a meal. Cheese factory is adjacent to restaurant, and fresh cheese is available for purchase at restaurant counter. Purchased a few different bags of fresh curds made earlier today (BBQ, sea salt, regular, etc. . We are quite particular about quality freshness of cheese curds (as our family was in the retail cheesemaking business several years ago we sampled several of these later in the day determined that they were indeed very fresh curds of the day, they were excellent far superior to 2 other brands which we had purchased in past 2 weeks in Lévis/St Nicolas area. Great snack with crackers at a roadside rest stop when travelling!

Very fresh ingredients. Very tasty. Cafeteria style dining room. A good choice for a very home made style pizza.
