La Corvette - Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie

If you want value for money, this is the place to get it. Excellent service and very popular with locals. Recommended.

This small Creperie Grill restaurant at the end of the quay found in St Giles, which is a great place! A three-course lunch menu for 10:90 Euro! It is small and personal with fantastic food, value and service. For this price we had...1 salad bonus and 1 pate duck, Jambon de Vendee with chips as main and a choice of a crepe with sugar or two boules ice for the desert. There were 20 French diners on a cold January Sunday well suited to the cold weather for! Very recommended!

Great service by the waitress who was very patient with our children she was enough English and we had enough French to order a fun experience. The food was excellent and cheap 4 main dishes with desert and an aperitif was 50...euro (ish) I would definitely return.

We visited this restaurant very often when in St Gilles. Always excellent service and quality of food. A varied menu, the gallets are excellent and the salads are considerable. The crepes are a must. Booking essential in high season.

We chose this small but popular restaurant for a light lunch and we were not disappointed. The young, very professional waiter was single handedly serving an almost full restaurant and outside terrace with great skill, efficiency and charm full marks! We only had omelettes...but they were freshly prepared,light and delicious. Pleasant location near the Port Fidele, one of only a few restaurants open on a Monday lunchtime in late September. We noticed that the Corvette offers a 3 course Menu du Jour for Euros 10.50,which has got to be a bargain!
