Bidra med feedbackIn the “center of nothing” – what a sound! we went to lunch, service was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. the accusation is quirky, interesting just good. the owner spoke very well English and responded well to our limited french eating. and wein were all produced locally and very tasty. the highest recommendation they can give – they book how we did it for Friday nights.
We stopped on a Friday afternoon, not sure if the restaurant was still open. we were greeted by the owner and he invited us to sit. he spoke very well English and helped us to order two of her handicraft pizzas. wow! the crumbs. are handcuffed, the ingredients are fresh from the gardens back, and everything is made with love and proud. try the spicy oil above! when we chat with the owner, he mentioned that there was live music this evening and invited us back. we took him on the offer and enjoyed a nice night in the garden terrace, which music with our beer/wine to hear. also the house puppet was friendly with our dog. what a hospitable place in the middle of the beautiful dörfer frankreichs!
We were recommended this quirky location near one of the most beautiful villages in France. nana uses the freshest local products to offer really brilliant dishes in one of the most friendly places I have ever eaten. we had a mixed starter to begin, from their own garden-beet roots, freshly cooked, grated carrot in orange blossom water plus a bavarois of roquefort, and a trio of veg pates that sang with taste. we had a choice of the main thing and tried the deaf and the lamb, each with fabulous kartoffels and veg. when we thought it couldn't get better, we had our desserts. one of the best chocolate mousses of all time and a tarte au mur et myrtilles sauvages to die for with a remarkable homemade ginger ice cream. we will definitely go back, maybe take a pizza!
