The only attention is when the restaurant is alone, I found hair on some wings that I was looking for, incidentally it is seen that they treat the staff badly and there is no good service

Melissa was so rude and disrespectful. Not only that she was on her phone the entire time but I asked if I could get my sauce on the side and she rolled her eyes. SORRY FOR THE MINOR INCONVENIENCE. Made sure she said I’ll put the note on the side, ignored to do so and still had sauce on wings. This is the second time I’ve interacted with her. Bad customer service.

First time ordering food from here and im never going back again. Found black hair in my big cup of ranch i paid $5 extra for and our wings. I'm so grossed out I didn't eat anything else. Big waste of money. Then I call and told them and the manager was extremely disrespectful. She basically said it's not her problem and there is nothing she can do and asked why I didn't just bring it back. Well there should be no reason i need to bring anything back. I bought food on my way home from work for my kids and i. Im pregnant so im even more grossed out and i have 2 kids and one of my kids was extremely sick so that'sj why..? I can't believe how rude the manager was they didn't seem that intelligent when I was in there ordering the food so I'm not surprised. So order food at your own risk and make sure they give you back the right change if your paying with cash. They said write a review and get a free meal and fries. Now I see why because everybody been writing horrible reviews.Parking: There is so much parking and I see why now nobody goes there.

I walked in, and I waited for my order that was sitting on the shelf for 15-20mins. The lady was wearing earphones and on a call. She ignored me 3 times, until finally I gave up being patient and asked for my order. It was very unprofessional, I was very patient because it was a bit busy. It wasn't too busy for her to have no awareness of her surroundings. Our different flavored wings were all thrown into one box as well. It was disappointing.
