Brasserie Francois 1Er - Saint-Dizier

Nothing fantastically special, but good service, the menu du jour is good value and good food with generous servings. We most certainly would eat here again.

Escalope de Veau. (slighty overheated, but still ok. Little more of salad or other veg's would be nice

Frankly decu, a not super frame, not bad kitchen but no more, not super atmosphere, not bad service. In fact we really feel in a hotel and not too much in a restaurant.

Test on advice of friends, successful! We smell the simmered kitchen. first time I see freshly cooked flageolets! excellent value for money. waitresses are pleasant and smiling. larger room next to it that it seems possible to book for birthdays or others. bravo

Small brewery has chic look when we pass the door. the space terrace to the back is sheltered from the indiscret looks. this space is pleasant, the perfect welcome we recommend the amazing fresh salads with their balls of ice sorbets....a marvel!
