I had no quail and that was a good introduction. the lamb was excellent. dessert was a real star. the dishes are seasonal, so what we might not have provided if they stop, but I would recommend to everyone stop in tours and look for a nice tasting menu experience.

Charming! what a beautiful restaurant. I was lucky to stumble on this place because of Google reviews. it's really a Jewel. beautiful restaurant in tours. visited by many locals, but also tourists welcome. the service was very friendly and friendly. great local wine. delicious, well prepared food. I had a tasty bun and my man lamm 2 away. we ate a lot in Europe and this was one of my favorites. great value. and very reasonable prices. make sure they make a reservation. we saw how many people tried to walk in and were turned away.
Scrolling through various options for French eating in tours, we decided to eat in L’embellie for dinner and it was the best choice! we came to the restaurant right at the opening around 19 o’clock and had luck getting a table outside without reservation. my bf and I chose the 3-course dinner. the meal began with two free dresses, a pancake with goatskin kewer and a tomato soup. both were delicious! for the appetizer I have the shrimp tarter and my bf the fried quail. the garnelenteer was very refreshing. the fried juniper tastes like the Japanese cheek “Frittes Huhn”. both starters were amazing! for the main course I have the thunfischfilet and my bf the rindertörer with foie grass. my thunfischfilet was a bit dry and tasteless, I wouldn't be back. my friend loved his escape! the bark was very tender, and together with a bite of foie grass and spicy it was a taste of the sky! for dessert I got the white chocolate and skyberry cake with sky sorbet, and my bf got the chocolate, praline and hazelnut maus cake. perfect dessert to finish an amazing meal in tours! Overall, I recommend L’embellie and would eat here definitiw again when I visit tours again.
After a long, tiring journey all the way from England, all we wanted was a nice, relaxing meal with great food and friendly people. And we got exactly this! It was a super hot evening and I was hoping we'd get to sit outside, and we did. L'Embellie is in the heart of the old city, so there is people-watching a-plenty, and you could literally sit outside this restaurant and people-watch for hours. We were greeted by smiley, welcoming staff and quick service. The menu is full of regional delicacies, every one of them delicious. It was so good we have booked a table for on our way home, which is coincidentally my birthday. I know I won't be disappointed!
