On a business trip to the small town of St Chamond. Monday night everything is closed, and at the turn of a square, is open a small crêperie, you push the door and you go back into an atypical, bucolic atmosphere. You are warmly greeted by the owner who installs you, offers you his map on slate or on the walls, no paper card (well seen by these covid times and there it is good, it is copious, the crêpe jam in excellent dessert...
