Bidra med feedbackThis will be the last time I get anything from this location. I asked for the new Homestyle Chicken salad wrap. The man taken my order didn't understand me and then the man he asked still didn't get it correct. I tried to explain and even showed them their sign on the window that says $5 New Homestyle Chicken Salad wrap. The man said it's not a chicken salad done like tuna salad is done. It's just rotisserie chicken wrap. Which I know is not correct. I had already looked it up prior to going. They both literally looked confused and there was another employee there sitting down and he seemed confused also. After I left, I looked up there online order menu and the New Homestyle Chicken Salad isn't on their menu yet they have a sign for it. Also they seem to always be out of the sidekicks every time we've wanted to get a churro, or pretzel. I understand these are franchises, but if you do not have the new items don't put it on your frontage advertising or menu. As well as know the new products. I worked in restaurant industry for many years and for franchises. Anytime a new product came out everyone was trained on that product. I've added a picture of what the wrap is supposed to be and what they gave me. They gave me a rotisserie chicken wrap which is what they said was on the sign and it is not.
The nastiest sandwich we couldn't eat it some of the vegetables were rancid we will never go back there I gave this trash one star but I would like to give it no stars wheres the board of health are the on the job.

Ordered bacon and egg sandwich, got home no bacon, also they have been out of stock of spinach, bell pepper and banana peppers for some time. I asked the guy in window about when they would be restocking them, he said “He had no idea”. Never
Food was awful it tasted sour and steak and cheese shouldn't taste that way. the couple bites I did eat made me sick that I didn't want food the next day either..my husband was also feeling sick from it.all service was tips cash tips...then next morning look up time they would be open which was 8am so i went there no one there so i ran some errands and called a few times no answer so about 9am went back there surely some one was there.... And the manager was there this time .She did refund my money but if food (meats) are sliced daily how could this happen. Sorry but I'll never eat at that subway again
