Taco Bell - Saint Albert

This take out orders.when got home this is what I found they call this Chicken tenders to me only fry dough. It a real let down. You can do better.

I ordered a 12 piece feast to take out and requested the sides to be macaroni and Cole slaw. I also requested paper plates and cutlery. When I got home 2 of the paper plates were dirty. They had grease and particles of chicken on them. The Cole slaw was sour and we had to throw it out. The bucket only contained 11 pieces of chicken. I tried to phone the store, but only ended talking to an answering machine. I phoneddrrer the delivery number and they just put me through to the same answering machine. Then I phoned head office to discuss the experience and the person on the phone indicated that my COMMENTS would be passed on to head office. I returned to the restaurant to discuss the situation with the manager and he basically called me a liar. In summary, the experience was thoroughly disgusting. To hand out dirty paper plates with the situation of the coronovirus is totally unacceptable. The companies attitude appears to be total indifference to the customer experience. The restaurant management was indifferent to my concerns. I will never again return to this restaurant. I only hope that no one in my family gets sick because of my poor judgement in deciding to purchase a mea l from this place.

Went there to redeem birthday reward they refused to honor it ok no big deal so I asked for the information of the store address manager etc they refused to give it to me. The manager told me to first figure it out then told me after I said I want the address so I can call head office told me he was calling the police..... seriously???? Chis the so called manager was extremely rude disrespectful and unprofessional. Will never return!

Staff were very friendly. Drive thru was busy but inside was quiet. Inside was clean and well kept. Food was fresh and hot. Way better than all the other taco bells I have been to around edmonton over the last few years. They actually filled the small natcho cheese container close to the top (most places would fill halfway if you are lucky). If you are looking for some cheap fast food done right, come here.

There was a very negative review posted here under my name one week ago WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION . That review does not reflect my views or opinion of our local Taco Bell nor the views or opinions of the new owners of the business Mission: Fun Games. I can instead honestly say I have eaten here at least 6 times over the course of 2022 and I have had very good meals and very good service in each instance.
