If I didn't leave stars. I wanted to pick up a TIMED ORDER today for 2:45 and I left the store at 3:30. I showed up and informed this white lady that my name is James and it is an online order, she checked the food bags that were ready, but no one seemed mine when she went over her business. Time passed and I informed another worker my name and how the order was placed. She continued to review the food that was ready and still went about her business, I wait until this one woman asked me my name and I gave her the information I worked the other two people, she gave me my food, WHICH WAS ALREADY READY SINCE I SHOWED UP. I saw it on the car where they were so good that they came out of the country I wiped out. This is unacceptable that two people who work not even control right, my food was COLD and I did not receive an apology for HORRIBLE customer service and waiting time. What? The point in the time order, if I go after a whole 45 minutes. I Don?t recommend anyone in the country
If I didn't give stars. I have placed an order on their website and it has never been delivered. When I came out to find out what went wrong, the woman on the phone said well that the DoorDasher picked it up 40 minutes ago so I don't know how to help you. She said well that we did our part and made the food so. I followed with DoorDash and they said that the driver delivered the food, but to a home address and I am at a business address, I specifically said in the special instructions to bring the food to the office. After they were transferred twice on the phone with DoorDash, they transferred me to Wing Stop because they said as I placed the order on their website, only they could issue my refund. Wing Stop took my information and said they were in contact with other details. It was 4 days and when I tried to call today, they hung me twice before I could talk to someone. DoorDash is still no help and Wing Stop won't be back to me. I am of almost 40 dollars, someone physically accepted my meal and ate it, so I hope they leave out and leave a review based on food and not the costume service / customer support.
Had a DoorDash order, workers were extremely rude. The two women knew I was there, but kept their conversation all the 5 minutes I was in the store. Didn't have masks or gloves. Finally, another worker comes from behind and gives me the order. When I asked all this, one of the ladies had a wise comment. Very unprofessional. will not apply this store again
Lets start with LOCATION 1. Off a busy main street which is Page ave with a two street entry point. Eventhough they are located in a strip mall there is plenty of parking on a well lit parking lot. You may not get front door parking but to run in and out there is plenty of overall parking available. EMPLOYEES: Everytime I have visited the location several things I have noticed..They greet you when you walk in (sometimes you will be greeted by several empoyees at the same time) Love that. There is always at least two employees at the registers ready to take your order. They work as a team when preparing orders and management plays a large role in really good training of the employees. ORDER TIME: During certain hours and on some days they can be very busy with call in orders and dashers pick ups. So be patient and understand that you are getting Wingstop and so are maybe 20 other families.. DINE IN OR PICK UP ? As of last week when I was there they are ONLY open for PICK UP ORDERS..... Keep that in mind before you drive there for dine in.. of course that can change quickly so call before you go if you were wanting to dine in.
