Love always there 30 minutes before closed and the just don't answer drive-thru at all

Tonight I've purchased a party pack box and someone had sprinkle a lot of salt on the nachos, whereas it left salt on my fingers and the bottom of the box. I tried eating it, but it was affecting my tongue. I called a few times and no one answered to let them know about the situation to resolve it. I'm just hoping no one else had to go through that. I was wondering if the person had a bad day or just didn't care by doing it intentionally. The presentation of the was a 5 star, but trying to eat it was a 1.5 star.

I rarely eat there, but it is really delicious! I wish they would offer some options that were lower in salt, fat and calories. Just a few options. I know you don't go there to eat healthy, but they offered healthier tasty choices a day. Every time I went to the restaurant, it was really clean and tidy. The bathrooms were also clean. That was nice to see especially in a fast food restaurant.
