Ryan Duffy's - Saint Albans

Excellent food and service. a bit surprised by the lack of customers on a Friday evening .

I was only dimming at ryan duffy’s at 4 locations, but I was never disappointed. I enjoy the atmosphere, the decor and the personal. the staff are friendly, caring and they can trust their recommended food and drink. can't wait to go back!

It was chop chop week in saint john and we decided to go out. I have reserved for Saturday night on Monday. we arrived on time, the restaurant was a little busy, but not crazy busy. we sat in a cold back room from everything and all. we wanted to move! our waitress then insisted that we place our food order and drink order at the same time. we did it and then felt it as if we were on a kind of assembly line we were in and out of a three cursor meal in an hour. eating was okay again, but not great. we have eaten here a few times in the past and it was amazing, so in the future I would eat here again, but avoid chop week.

We ate at Ryan Duffy’s for the first time during Chop Chop week. I was super excited to try the food out. I did enjoy the atmosphere and the our waiter was extremely helpful and friendly. I do have to say, the food was just okay, especially for the price. Neither my husband, nor myself, was blown away. The mashed potatoes seemed gummy almost like instant potatoes and the beef Wellington was a bit tuff. The roasted veggies were also a bit bland. I don’t think this would a place I went again on an everyday basis.

I have only been to Ryan Duffy’s twice, but both experiences were great! The staff are very friendly. They keep composure during peek busy times as well. Great atmosphere and a menu that never disappoints. Beer selection is awesome and staff are able to make clear recommendations. Will be back !!
