Papa Johns Pizza - Saint Albans

The food is always wonderful, and the service is usually timely. My husband and I had ordered a week ago or so, and it took an hour and a half of the time of order delivered to him. It was late on a Tuesday night, dark and rainy, so we don't have too much. We just got a postcard in the post of Papa John's apology for so long to take and to forgive a free medium pizza. It was completely unexpected because we never complained about the slow delivery. Dad! John's knows how to treat his customers and keep them back.

Tonight, I ordered Papa Johns on my way home. Let it fall to my toddler before we move in for dinner. I parked near the front door because I knew I was wearing a 40lb child and 2 pizzas were a job. I get my sleeping little one out of the car, go in to pay and pick up, and as soon as the man sat the pizza on the counter, a young man came from behind and picked up our order and said I'll do it for you. He wasn't asked by me or the cashier who took my payment. He saw a mother full with her hands and did the best to help. Thank you for coming back.

I'm a vegan, so I appreciate the guy who cut my pizza clean and delivered to us. My mother and her bf got the NY Style Pepperoni Pizza and loved her!! I recommend these Papa John’s (specific in this area). This is the best we have ordered in a long time!! Hot and fresh. Thank you!

Today I wanted to surprise my grandparents, I live there in Michigan in West Virginia. On the other day, my grandpa celebrated his 93rd birthday. I can't see how we're far away, how I've ever been through Facebook and saw a story-bout with pizza delivery to his grandmother. I thought it would work. I called Papa John's near where my grandparents talked to a super nice girl she was absolutely brilliant. I told her I wanted to send my grandparents pizza bread and pop because they can't get out much. She said it's good that we can help you. I was so happy, almost in tears, as I had tried many places before and was told no. So I was happy and very grateful that they did this for me. Thank you and I have to talk to the supplier who gave them a message that my day could not go better. I was so excited that I don't have names, please tell them it was great for me. The whole way of Michigan I say thank you!
