The Alameda Barbecue - Sahibabad

This was an absolute letdown and an expensive one at that! Two Meat Combo: BBQ Chicken and Hot Link with a side of beans and Mac. The chicken was basic and the portion size was sad. It was poor cut and mostly bones. The Mac n cheese was disgusting and had zero flavor. Beans and hot link were fine. Garden salad with chicken: This was a complete rip off. I get it's a basic salad, but my goodness it was awful. The portion size of shredded chicken they put on top was maybe 4 bites worth and it was dry! Like it was either sitting out for a few hours or someone over cooked it. Ranch and bbq sauce couldn't save this salad. In total, we spent $51 for our lunch.

Good bbq! The meat was great, loved the sauce. Really sweet and Smokey. Potato salad and Mac and cheese sides were good. The person working the register was so sweet and the salad was surprisingly good for a bbq place!

Had the brisket sandwich with a side of mac n cheese. The sandwich was ok, though it seemed small for the price. I wouldn't get the mac n cheese again. It was overcooked, mushy, no structure. The flavor was just ok. The restaurant was clean, staff were friendly. Service was fast.

First time getting take out. I ordered the Farmers Salad, NO BLUE CHEESE , with Raspberry dressing, and brisket. The brisket was AMAZING! The salad was terrible: the blue cheese was still on it. That is not an easy cheese to pick off...it 's a big deal, since I am pregnant and cannot have it and my stomach does not do well eating it, even in small quantities. The salad mix was wilted and old, it is clear the salad was not freshly made. Had the order came as specified and fresh, then you would have gotten five stars.

There weren't too many reviews here and not enough pictures so I wasn't sure what to expect. We actually weren't even sure if they had alcoholic drinks! My fiancé got the regular brisket meal and he wasn't too impressed with the meat. The meat came out cold. He did also mention that the brisket could have been cooked for longer. The sides were actually what stood out. He got it with two sides and it came with garlic bread so really you're getting three sides! Also comes with a few homemade pickles. Their barbecue sauce was good.. lots of flavors to choose from. The spicy bbq sauce was the best.
