Paddy Wagon Sliders Food Truck

Some of the freshest and tastiest sliders I've ever had! I'm a big fan of burgers/slides and these sliders rival the ones at brick and mortar locations. The Korean tots were delicious and had a unique flavor to them. If you want these you better be the first ones because they sell out quick! On the sliders side, you really can't go wrong with any of them but my go to is the OG. It goes great with the tots mentioned above. If the PWS sauce is ever available, make sure you jump on it because it goes with literally everything. I've put it on kababs, pizza, sandwiches, tamales and much more. Just wish I can stock enough of it. Lastly, if you ever see two little studs working on the truck be sure to drop them a decent tip! It's rare to see kids their age working hard like them no a days. They provide awesome service to the truck and are the most down to earth kids you'll ever meet.

Oooh this hits the spot! We ordered Mac Daddy and the OG sliders as well as the Cheesy Bacon Tots and they were really delicious! I didn't know one was going to come with a cheese skirt on the slider but we thought that was a nice touch and then more cheese crisps on our tots. Even though you only get 2 sliders for your order it is still pretty filling. This isn't your regular dinky slider, its got some good heft to it. The tots were also enjoyable but hard to ruin tater tots in my eyes. Towards the bottom of the plate it was a little soggy from all the toppings with the creamy cheesy cheese on it so it is a bit messy but honestly part of the wonderful experience of eating it. Shoot, I would consider animal fries to be messier! We are going to keep following the Paddy Wagon truck as this first experience convinced us to come back and try the rest of the menu!

We hired Paddy Wagon Sliders to host a family birthday party and they were wonderful! The process was great from beginning to end! They made it extremely easy to make a reservation and were quick to respond. They arrived perfectly on time and stayed until the last minute. The food was a HIT with everyone. They quickly worked through a long line of folks, getting everyone what they ordered. Awesome people, awesome food. Would highly recommend!
