Mcdonald's - Sahibabad

McDonald's is a restaurant that appeals to all ages.

This restaurant has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's only a matter of time before they are replaced by a box that can do their job better. I can't wait. At least artificial intelligence says please and thank you.

I entered the restaurant to use the restroom and place an order. Unfortunately, the bathroom door button was not working properly and there was no hand sanitizer available. Additionally, they were out of some sauces. When I tried to pay using the kiosk, I was told I had to go to the front desk instead. My order took an extra 10 minutes to be ready because an employee mistakenly marked it as complete on the screen. My kids' meal and medium fries sat out for a while before I realized it was my food. Despite the recent increase in pay for employees, the lack of attention to detail and slow service was disappointing. As a customer, I expect better customer service.

The food was average and the ice cream machine works!! What’s nice about this location is that your food comes out fast.

Placed an order for big breakfast for curbside pick up at 9:17AM, just got to my destination 9:47AM to find out my pancakes are missing ??
