Bidra med feedbackAmazing breath of fresh air in this former economic boom town drowning in leeching corporate restaurants. Amazing prices, extremely friendly people, and great food. Where I currently live, there are tons of Mezze options. Here in Saginaw, all you need is one. The lentil soup, is self serve. $2 for 16 oz! While I prefer my food to be very spicy, the flavors of this simple soup are outstanding. The falafel is beautifully bright and green. The hummus is just right. Very vegan friendly. Fresh grab and go deli options as well: hummus, tabbouleh, grape leaves, olives, garlic dip, hot sauce, cheese, etc. Everything is Halal, if that really means anything to you, considering all animals feel pain when you kill them. However, that is a political point. Check out the grocery. It's filled with amazing goodies from the other side of the world. Support this local businesses you haven't already!
Great place, always welcoming! Excellent prepared and stocked foods. I recommend!!! Thnx
Walked in here for lunch from a nearby hotel.. it was authentic and good. Awesome Med Greek food and not just wings, burgers, etc.. worth the walk.. this drink was so worth the adventure!!
Ok so first off the guy was super nice. I got hummus, baba ganoush and garlic with a bag of pita he had just made the hummus. To be honest the hummus was not my favorite ever, it was too much tahini and not enough garlic but smooth and decent. The baba was excellent, so was the garlic and the prices were good. Next time I'll get a sandwich. Yum.
This is a food bar inside a grocery store. There's some seating inside and outside. The workers were very nice. The food was ok. Got the mixed platter combo and lamb mandi. Something had an off taste, maybe the rice. Lamb was cooked well but not much flavoring. Mixed platter meat was dry. They don't provide sauce, just garlic. Got some ranch which was eh. Fries were very good.
