Fountain Grille - Safety Harbor

My friend just celebrated her birthday here and I couldn't take part, so I called for chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to be delivered to her. Fernando went beyond and beyond. I used to do this with other resorts/restaurants and I never had such a great and personal experience as here. Fernando was with the menu and creative with ideas from what I should order. He kept in contact with me to make sure it was delivered to the right person, at the exact time I wanted, and he also planned ahead to ensure that he did not deliver it while it was raining so that it would not ruin the experience. He also wrote a personalized card for me and she was so elated with the whole thing! Everyone enjoyed the delicious treats and had a wonderful time here. I will definitely make a trip to come here with the wonderful experience I had over the phone. Thanks Fernando!

Today for the first time for lunch. Ate outside right by the well. Very nice location. Two of us got the crabcakes and ginger Slaves (an appetizer, but we had it each as our entree), which was perfect. My husband had the group sandwich that was a good size and perfect. The fourth member of our party had a burger that was well prepared. Service was fast, friendly and efficient, although it was very busy (Jennifer was our server). Will definitely go back!

Plant a brunch for a group of men I know for the better parts of 30 years. I wanted to take her somewhere to impress her and with the help of Francois, my search was very 100% successful. Very late on this review of Saturday, 12 February... but I could not go without our experience in “Fountain Grille” at the Security Harbour Resort and Spa. Several things I notice whenever I go for a meal: atmosphere quality, freshness and variety of food quality of customer service The restaurant itself was exceptionally well spaced so that you don't feel crowded and you have plenty of space to navigate from your table to the buffet breakfast and the restaurant if needed. Also all areas were impeccable, ordered and decorated with very appealing decor. Our Greeter and Server, Anna, was on their game and very courteous, even when the restaurant was increasingly busy with Diners. Anna heard one of the gentlemen in my group and asked if Turkey was Bacon on the menu, and she immediately crawled in and informed him that they went to the kitchen and prepared some for us. Options of Omelettes and the quality of food presented in the buffet and menu was OUTSTANDING! Overall, this staff really understands what our customer service is about. To date, my guest has not stopped talking about the Barbeque fountain and praised to bring the women to Brunch in the near future. A trip to the Safety Harbor Resort Spa is worth it no matter how far you are. So if you didn't try... They lack a great experience. Rated:

They were very short staff that added delays and prevented sitting outside the well. The free bread they have brought out has cheese in crust and is thick soft slices. The Chicken Piccata was excellent; Tender and full of taste. The cheese potatoes were also good. Your burger is a mile high when you get tomatoes and onions.

Fountain Grille did not disappoint us at all. For dinner we had, The bronzed Grouper, The cheesy chop Pork chop a nicely cooked Ribeye. All entrees were cooked to perfection. Our server, Susan , i think that was her name was very pleasant and very professional. The prices were well worth the quality and service.We will be coming back more often. Thank you
