I like to start by saying I am so please with the service I received today at Starbucks. I directly dealt with the manager Ryan who I did not know was the manager at the time. I informed him that the coffee was too strong for me, and he took the time to educate me on how the coffee is made, and how much expresso is in a typical cup of coffee. Being the fact that I do not require a huge amount of caffeine I respected his understanding of the business, and the importance he put to my specific need. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Annaka with a pleasant, delightful smile, and she immediately realize I was looking for a charging port and directed me to the closet one. I watched Joey at the front counter giving every customer his best. Ameil was working very hard to get drinks out with a smile while watching the door ready to provide a greeting. I am very pleased with the staff, and their attention to not only providing service but make each customer feel special. The energy in the location is radiant and filled with light. This is the culture I like to see at Starbuck, and I wanted to highlight the staff today because they deserve it. Please give everyone on shift my best regards, and thanks.
Ordered a pick up order from counter and the doors are locked and have to wait in drive thru it would be nice to be told that before we placed order

Genna was very rude and argumentative. No reason for her attitude. She could have been pleasant, but decided to have an attitude. I walked up to the counter from the area where we were sitting with our Starbucks drink. She even watched me leave my seat. I walked up to order a refill and she immediately told me that I needed to have already purchased a drink. Yet, she saw us enjoying our drink moments earlier. She wanted me to prove we had already purchased a drink, which wasn't the problem, it was her attitude. Genna will cause other customers to get their daily coffee elsewhere. Like we are doing today at Fast Cat Coffee. Your other partners baristas were very nice, especially Jess.
