Tres Hermanas - Sacramento

Classic California Mexican food – tasty, cheap, fast service. The chips and salsa are decent and the soup or salad that accompany your duck is always good. I like the salad is a real salad with real vegetables, unlike the standard salad dressing only. I had the soft Tacos, hard Tacos, Burritos, Tamales and herbal Fajitas. Would recommend everything except the Burritos – you can get a better, bigger somewhere else.

Super quick lunch service! 5 in our party, lunch was served within 15 minutes of placing our orders. Delicious and the serving size was large enough for taking home. I recommend this place if you like tasty Mexican food.

This place has always been really good my only pet peeve was the water had a very chlorinated taste it was bad.... I'm happy to say this time the water was excellent.

We came from out of town for 1 night and this place was recomended to us by some locals and I'm so so glad it was. The atmosphere was great, the service was friendly and the food was absolutely incredible. It took a while to come out to us, but once it did you can tell it was so freshly made and flavorful. Definitely wish we had one back in Utah! If we are ever back in Sacramento we will be coming back.

I got the Burrito de pastor dinner plate for takeout and the meat is delicious. Unfortunately that's where it ends because the burrito was actually ENTIRELY MEAT. I guess that explains the high price for the burrito but also makes no sense. I had to buy and cut up my own jalapeños, cilantro, and onions to eat with the burrito otherwise it would be sickening from the sheer amount of grease. Very delicious flavor on the meat again though, it was perfectly slightly smokey. The beans and rice were pretty good though. Fairly standard nothing special. Not sure what cheese it was on the beans, but I would prefer cotija. They gave a HUGE amount of salsa with a smallish bag of chips though. I really enjoyed the salsa (it was a roasted vegetable kind and fairly spicy). For $18 after tax it was fairly worth it. Just extremely disappointing the burrito was kind of small and ENTIRELY meat.
