Scott's Seafood Grill - Sacramento

I saw a high rating for this fish restaurant, so I went there. For such a price I have a good quality of food and some surprises. But no, I was totally disappointed. The fish tasted like frozen fillet purchased at Safeway. The part is not enough to fill you. The dishes on the menu are so common, nothing special. I don't think it deserves to have a good rating and a higher price than Red Lobster. I really like Red Lobster better, even it's a chain.
