Very negative experience today. The food was exaggerated. Ravioli was tasteless. Spicy shrimps were stuffed in sauce. Calamari and crabcake apps were not on par. Also, had just received an email that I received 25.00 from this meal. However, waitress Jennifer has NOT honored it. This also takes the cake (no Pun intended).... It was my daughter's birthday and after rejecting the dessert, Jennifer said she would bring my daughter to dessert for her birthday. It seemed like a sweet gesture until I got the bill. She has charged us 5.00 for it!!!! Wow! Move low class. We didn't ask and thought it was a nice gesture on the house. But after decades of being a Ruths Chris Fan, I'm done! Not anymore. Too many good steak houses in the Sacramento area to get to this overpriced place! Adios

We love Ruth’s Chris and have been here many times. Service is great, food is great. The only complaint I have is that need to adhere to the dress code for patrons who disregard it.
