Red Lobster - Sacramento

Food was delish until there was no salad. People need vegetables that you offer. Only the elections were? or Brussel sprouts. (Fried) but still I have the same price. But it's okay!

Everything was great. I would have given it five stars, but the waitress (sunflower) just didn't want to give me ice in my water. She said the water was cold enough. Besides, the service was great, that was food good. Just the ice that just upset me. Another table got ice in the water.

We ordered crabs, and order was promised at 7:36, after we wait 15 or so minutes outside by reliant on hazardous lights, we went in and they had to finish my order, a chocolate cake and ice cream. My wife got her food and I got mine at 8:03, almost half an hour after promised. There were ZERO apology for the delay or the fact that they never brought out our food. We also had to ask for a second time for utensils how we first asked in the app. The food was a little small, but the service was bad. As you can see from the screen shot, we wouldn't have been in the order 30 minutes late, and we're waiting for a piece of cake over 20 minutes.

I have placed an online order for board pickup at 11:15a. The restaurant Saturday hours are on the website online from 11a, but the restaurant is not open until 1130a, as outside the restaurant. Hours are wrong, I had to come to the restaurant to get my food that defeats the purpose of picking up board. I ordered the 3 course meal that included lobster bisque a Lobster Langostino Pizza. That was my first time I tried the lobster bisque, it was a disappointment. It didn't look like that, yet described that I had no lobster pieces in it. My pizza was cold I don't know how many cookies you should get with my 3 course meal plus pizza that cost a little over $40, but I only have 2 cookies?. I am very disappointed with my latest experience.

We 've been to Red Lobster many times over the years and always had a good visit but things have changed. Staff were very nice and restaurant was clean but food not as yummy as it used to be. Menu has changed so we couldn 't order a couple of our favorites. Potato was good but I was surprised to see an extra charge on the bill for a loaded potato. It was a very small fee but we have never been charged for this here or any other restaurant. Biscuits were the most disappointing. They were doughy (not fluffy), over baked, and had only a hint of the garlic butter flavor they used to have.
