Bidra med feedbackI've been here multiple times. There is a similar place by the same owners across the street. There is sometimes a wait here so plan accordingly. They have a miso veggie ramen that is very flavorful, more than the meat options. There is also a ramen salad that looks delicious!
Right across from ryujin but it is good. The pork bun was nice and the ramen was good. I got the spicy miso and it was tasty and a decent sized bowl. It starts at $9 and you add from there with the egg, 2xchasiu, seaweed, green onion already in there.the service was really good. My main issue was that I ordered spicy dish that was not spicy at all. Everything else about it was good so I'll be back. The menu was extensive so I'm excited to try more things here! Get here before the usual lunch rushes to avoid a wait. We got there at 11:30am ish and were seated immediately
This place is ok. I wish the ramen was served hotter like most ramen places. Portions are large, soup was medium intensity in terms of flavor, meat was over cooked and not too flavorful. I’d give 1 star to the croquette. It’s only deep fried mashed potatoes. Japanese markets make better ones. Don’t order it. At least other places put in some veggies and or meats.
Service was amazing, areas beautiful, eating was excellent. 20$ for nutshell and small bottle saki. you can't go wrong here.
The good: Nice eggs with perfectly boiled yolks and plenty of mirin flavor. Pretty Japanese feeling ambiance in terms of decor. Pretty good Japanese fried chicken, tender and delicious. Prices were quite reasonable. The bad: The miso garlic ramen had almost no salt. The broth didn’t even have enough flavor to match the depth of store bought miso soup, much less the tonkatsu broth it claims to be. The okonomiyaki was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside (see pictures), which is almost impressive. Not very authentic, which I would’ve been fine with if the flavors were good. Didn’t even have enough mayo drizzle over the top.
