Jimmy's Deli - Sacramento

Come and indulge in some soul food! There’s a wide variety of dishes to choose from. You simply place your order at the register and wait for your number to be called. I tried the Wels Nuggets plate, which came with two sides. I chose mac and cheese and rice with gravy. The Wels nuggets were delicious, and I really enjoyed the corn batter. The mac and cheese was fantastic, and the chicken gravy over the rice was tasty as well. I also ordered a fried chicken leg, which paired perfectly with the rice and gravy. The entire meal was served with a cornbread muffin. I will definitely be coming back for more!

The fish dish was excellent, and the greens were delightful. However, the black-eyed peas over rice were a bit dry for my taste. Overall, it was a fantastic meal!
