Falafel Corner - Sacramento

The quality is so bad now. Today I ordered chicken platter and the rice were burnt and stick together. The pita bread was hard. Also, so much sauce on the rice. I wasn't expecting it the sauce as I am lactose intolerant. Disappointed by the quality of food today. I had it before it was good. The rice does not had the color like

Food is good but service is ridiculous. Young man working today Weds jul 5 afternoon seems to have no concept of customer service. It took at least 8 minutes to even get my order taken. First there was a family in front of me, taking their sweet time like Umm, what about (insert menu item)? Long pause... Do you have those chicken skewer things? etc. And obviously that 's not the restaurant 's fault, but as they 're cashing out, someone calls to make an order so now I have to wait more. Even when he asked what I wanted to order, the phone rang, and he for some reason had to attempt hanging up four times? Each time looking confused like at the phone. Not taking my order, hands off, no multitasking or sense of urgency, more time wasted. I 've now been waiting twenty minutes for a cheeseburger and still am. I wouldn 't be surprised if they 're understaffed. Management needs to train better or staff more hands on deck. Also I see this is a ghost kitchen for what that 's worth.

Food was delicious and employees are kind! Don't be picky, try something new you might like it.

I would have to say this place has the best Halal pizza in the Sacramento area. They truly have a passion for what they are doing. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful. It is a nice comfortable place to take the family out for a meal.
