Aji Dori - Sacramento

We ordered to go, though I wish we had stayed to eat. The interior is modern with Japanese flair. This would be a great hangout spot with friends. The food was fantastic! They offered us some mango eggplant because they had made too much. It was soooo good! The rolls are great and the fish is quality. I will definitely be back and will dine in.

Aji Dori is my fave new go to sushi restaurant. Great ambiance, super clean, food is fresh and a wide selection. Something for everyone. Family friendly although I’ve mainly seen the 20-30 year old crowd when I’m there. Lunch specials too.

Food is great so far and the servers were all really nice. Had all the tacos available and enjoyed them all as well as the fried artichoke hearts. The outside seating is spacious and the inside is nice.

We came here for lunch to celebrate my fiancé 's birthday and had a really great experience! This place opened up out of nowhere but they have a nice location right next to the Warehouse Artist Lofts. I have heard great things about their other restaurant so I had high expectations, which they met! It was packed for a Friday but luckily we got one of the last open tables. They have a lunch menu but we ordered everything from the street food section of the menu to share mango glazed eggplant, kalbi fries, kakuni sliders, and poke tacos. It was the perfect amount of food for the two of us. The poke tacos came out first and it was a nice and refreshing start to our meal. I loved the pickled cucumbers and the fresh fish. The rest of our food came out all together, and they even brought us a plate of gyoza on the house because they said they had extra. Super nice! Those gyoza were delicious too. The kalbi fries are a generous portion so it 's a great choice to share for the table. The meat was tender and the sauce was tasty without making the fries soggy. I had no idea what the kakuni sliders were since there was no description on the menu but once they came out, it was like a play on the peking duck you order at Chinese restaurants. It came with warm steamed bao, cucumbers and onions, and glazed meat. It was so tasty! I loved how they made it more modern. Our favorite had to be the mango eggplant though. Such a unique dish and done really well! Service was amazing here, and they somehow make you feel like you 're the only table in the room. Everything was on point about this place and I hope they last a long time, because I 'll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

Had delicious food, excellent service and such a awesome atmosphere. We will definitely be back and recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you so much to Billy, he made our first time there such a great experience.
