Dunkin' - Saco

The fact I can’t even call and talk to a manager to even complain about how I got one of my orders today is ridiculous. I would even be happy if I left a voicemail give them a piece of my mind and tell them that they need to fix their food, my bagel was stale this morning. My strawberry dragon fruit refresher was awful. I asked for sugar they did not even give me any sugar. I am so sick of this location. They need to be shut down or something! I’ve more than one issue with this place current and in the past ridiculous I hope a manager sees this comment

Lindsey is the nicest human being ever, and her service was phenomenal!!

Update: Went there again today and more than half my order was wrong. This place needs a serious management re-work or something. The business itself is just a horrible mess.

Pathetic. Useless employees don’t know how to fill a cup properly.
