Osaka Hibachi Sushi - Sachse

Our family went there on Saturday 11/11/2023 at noon time. The experience was bad . We felt alienated. The sever acted as if she didn't wanted to explain the menu items to my family. If you order a item. And don't like it. She told us we still have to pay even if we don't eat it. Well I did get upset. She messed my husband's order up. I ask her to call the police because I was about to. Then she decides to take to of the entrees off our bill. We are in the United States Of America. Since when do we pay for food that is not exceptable. Ask your customers what can you do to make it better for their experience. Note: Don't order any food on the menu unless you are prepared to pay for it. Regardless of how it turns out. We will never go to this place again. Hurry and buy and get out. This is how we felt while we where at this establishment. We had a bad experience. We paid over $100.00 and was treated like we didn't belong. We were Parking: Okay

Great service and friendly staff. Food is amazing. Great ambience. Been here several times and no issues. Keep it up y'all!

IMITATION CRAB in Their AHÍ TUNA TOWER. REALLY? The tower didn’t have spicy tuna. It had some gooey light pink junk with roe sprinkled on top We should’ve left at that point. My husband insisted on staying. I ordered the red snapper look like a sad piece of tilapia. To the owner, : Disgusting , why would you make any sushi chef use that product ? Aren’t you embarrassed?
