Bidra med feedbackCafé Especial is not a Saarland invention and is not operated by Mexicans; this facility is a franchise company, which is a building block of a system gastronomy construction, similar to a store of Burger King, McDonalds, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Oishii or Grand. Standardized menus and beverage cards, standardized furniture and decoration and service provided almost exclusively by helpers. There's plenty of room in there, there's a few small tables out there. Tequila is offered over all quality and price levels; a so-called Tequila Tasting can be booked for groups of at least four and at most eight persons. The menu is very diverse and clearly designed by categories; Some of the food prices are too high for system catering! Service: The service is friendly and coveted, but not often overwhelmed. Also the operating climate does not seem to be very good; Fluctuation is high and the Café Especial frequently switches job advertisements in the local press. The local franchisee and its senior employees (if any) do not seem to understand too much of the organization of the company. Example: I took a place, five minutes later, Person 1 appears near my table and asks if I was already served. I don't know, but nothing happens first. Then comes Person 2 and asks if I already want to drink; I regret that the order is listed, no food requests are made and person 2 is evacuated, but does not bring the best drink. For this, person 3, asks if I need the menu and even places one on the table on my parking space. I have a lot of time to choose, because the person 4 brings me my drink, but don't ask if I had chosen something, but it's moving away. The person 3 comes over again, brings me a bowl with nachos and a bowl with a dip and wants it. I'll stop them and I can only get rid of my food job. Person 3 disappears wordless. The ordered food is delivered to me by person 1 and thus the circle is closed. With which person I have paid, I can no longer say; I could only start the payment process by standing up and kicking the counter until then the people 1 4 had run past my table without stopping. I remember the scenes of Loriot! And the service works differently! I also enjoyed the Nachos Enchiladas San Blas, cheese-baked wheat borillas filled with fish fillets and crabs in a white wine sauce and with Mexican rice as a supplement as well as a small bowl of salad. It wasn't a revelation, but it tasted. The salad was fresh, the rice was well seasoned and the Enchilada filling was even tastefully very good except for the alleged white wine sauce, which was nothing sounding to say Flau. I drank Sol, a beer brewed in the Netherlands under Mexican license; with a lemon slice almost like wheat. Overall, I did not like to visit this place; I think that a new visit to my side is rather excluded.
