Fresh CUp Coffee House - Saanichton

This is a wonderful place to meet friends for a great cup of your favourite java (and a sticky treat.) Beans are roasted on site using an innovative, environmentally friendly technique. Seating is available inside and out, and there's plenty of parking adjacent. Worth the visit!

I met a friend for a business meeting and the location was good and not too noisy. I chose a cappuccino which was second to none nicely served with a small cookie. We certainly plan to go back and the parking was very easy.

The coffee and lattes are very good and the service is efficient. Most of the staff are helpful and professional, but I have noticed that the staff changes frequently. The baked products are great and they have several gluten free options. The salads look very healthy. Coffee beans can be purchased to take home. They are proud of their in house roastery.

They make excellent muffins and have delicious gluten-free products (chocolate chip cookies and muffins.) I am more a tea drinker but my husband really likes their coffee.
