The MedallionPfanne, baked with cheese was very tasty, but the meat was dry and solid, pity! We lost a group of loud young men, obviously alcoholized. This was not allowed to stop, but it would have been necessary.
We felt very comfortable at the hotel's restaurant. The service was very friendly and could provide expert advice. Lunch was very tasty, the menu varied, and very important: the Thüringer clubs were homemade, easy and tasted wonderful! From the restaurant's winter garden you have a beautiful view of the reservoir and the boat dock and can relax to see the passing boats. During the subsequent walk we managed to digest the delicious meal well. The hotel/restaurant is a good starting point for walks or boat trips. We like to come back.
We decided spontaneously today to eat lunch at the Inn Kranich. The view from the conservatory is great, but this is unfortunately also the only positive aspect. We waited for dinner for the third hour. Then my friend, with absolutely taste-neutral red cabbage and completely salted lumps came to the flight. 15 minutes later, my carving also trudged with pifferlings and my child's sprinkles. My seedlings were also desalinated, and the skeleton tasted very strange and at most to flour. We didn't expect a gourmet dinner, but delicious grounded Thuringian cuisine. Well missed. But the absolute sound came to the end when the waitress so far asked if it tasted. My friend has absolutely factually and by no means unfriendlyly attached the criticism (he never, by the way, does that mean something... , but instead of listening, she wipes him off, lets him stand quasi, and actually says: No, I can't take you off, that's not true! We brought 250 food out today, it can't be! Without this absolutely unprofessional behavior, there would have been at least 2 stars, but the paying customer is king and the competence to judge the food is really cheeky. Conclusion, we're not coming back...
Food excellent and that on an evening barely present to guests. Beautiful view of the lake
In this place not the guest is welcome, but only his money. After extensive food (quality limit) you even have to pay for the use of toilets. However, hotel guests do not. AtBistro is a second choice. Bad-sounding employees will explain to you that if you have a complaint, you can receive the order office. It saves nerves and money.
