Wonderful food and INCREDIBLE service!!! You have to come here when you’re in San Diego!! ? ?

After kayaking we stopped in to grab some quick snacks and sandwiches. Lisa, the owner, was lovely and so kind to my son. She went out of her way to offer him a PB&J, not on the menu. She gave him a cherished sticker with the bulldog. The food and service were remarkable so much so that we stopped in later in the weekend. Banana chocolate chip bread was fantastic too!

Anytime I walk into a shop with my kiddos I announce loudly to the children: Only touch with your eyes not your hands! This is so important at The Corner because there are a brazillion amazing items to survey here! Been at the beach all day and looking for a pick me up? Swing by! Headed to the beach and craving classic International snacks? This is THE Corner. Owner Lisa is hilarious, charming and great to conversate with if you get a chance. Brought our little girls after the beach, they crushed some Turkey on Hawaiian roll sandwiches while us adults enjoyed bottles of wine on the patio with club sandwiches. 14/10 recommend and come back again! Quaint spot on the corner with an incredible selection of market foods and a breakfast/lunch menu where you can watch the world go by. Owners are lovely. Little pricey (it is La Jolla though) but delicious.

Ordered sandwiches and oatmeal. Fresh and delicious. Will be back.
