The Cheesecake Factory - S San Diego

I went there yesterday Saturday with my family, to celebrate Mothers Day, to avoid big crowds. The server Fernando P. at the end turned the bill with gratitudty add 18%. He was never around, we had ask for things to other employees. Bread, straws, etc. Regardless the service, I always tip. But 18% automatically added made me mad. I went at front and asked for adding gratitudty policy. I was explained 8 people or more. WE WERE ONLY 7 !! Manager never showed up to apologize. Overall horrible experience, manager, server, hostess, they all sucked!!!!

Love this place. Food is delicious but servings too big to eat their cheesecake for dessert. Had to get some to go.Parking: Significant discount on parking. More than 2/3 off

Good food. Prices have gone through the roof. No free parking at this location.

First cheesecake where my son didnt actually get sick. Thank you.
