Had the Barbara special #9 today so good! They have delicious sandwiches, mac, potato salad and chocolate chip cookies. If you haven't been, try them out! Great service too family owned since 1979.

I moved to Tierrasanta about a year ago and have heard amazing things about this shop. I finally made it in today and WOW have I been missing out!! This is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! I ordered #30 with Dena’s recommendation of toasted with garlic and “Italian style”. This sandwich was delicious and full of flavor. It was a good size too. Dena was also so sweet and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

The food was fresh and the ingredients were of good quality. The bread is some of the best in town. However, the ingredients are sparse and the sandwiches expensive. Out the door, paid almost $40 for two 9 sandwiches, which is a bit ridiculous. would not recommend this restaurant to anyone unless they are willing to pay a lot of money for a small amount of food.
