Starbucks In Fort Coll - S San Diego

The staff were very friendly and our drinks tasted great! This location has plenty of room to study.

One of the best locations, this place is clean, they are fast getting my drinks ready and the manager is always nice!

I don’t typically go to Starbucks but today I wanted to try the lavender Frappuccino. I ordered on the app which was super fast and easy. I got to the store and waited in line for 30 minutes and barely anyone talked to me. I chose to pick up through the drive-thru. I sat at the speaker for a while before anyone spoke to me and then I sat at the window for a while before anyone spoke to me. By the time I got my drinks, the Frappuccino was melted/watery and my hot coffee was cold. I didn’t want to say anything in the moment because the people behind me would have to wait even longer and that wait was already too long. I might just wait to order until I get there and I might go inside next time. Or try a different store.
