La Perlita Mexican Food - S San Diego

Food was terrible. Not just my dinner, but for our entire family. Nachos had shredded cheese put over them and appeared to be heated in microwave. Taquitos weren't even warm. Tasted like they'd been cooked earlier and kept in warmer all day. (Except they arrived to our table cold) Food was bland. Would not go back. The 4.5 star rating is why we went there. I wouldn't even give 4.5 out of 10 stars unfortunately. Very disappointed.

Food lacked taste. Ordered chips and cheese for the kids, it was tortilla chips with shredded cheese on top. Wife's food was lukewarm at best. Very disappointed after reading great reviews.

Guacamole is good price is right for the price. Good service. Mexican food option amongst the other beach venues.

Delicious food. Has an authentic taste to it. Tried one taco de carne asada and one tostada de ceviche. The tostada had amazing flavor! Friendly worker assisted us as well.

Breakfast burritos after the Belmont Park 5k. Super yum and they served appropriate sized burritos for my little ones. Very friendly, quick and delicious.
