Food is delicious and fresh. The place is understaffed, they need additional staff to help with fulfilling orders and to maintain the cleanliness of the establishment behind the counter, seating area, and trash receptables. The existing staff were already doing their jobs as fast as they could.

Myles was the best! He was kind and even got me a fresh avocado! I left with a smile and good food! Thank you Myles!!

Me and my spouse were looking forward to coming here after a day of shopping. It was a typical busy Saturday with a whole vendors market right outside the store.We ordered the Chicken Harissa Bowl and the Sweet Spicy Wrap Pita. There were a few people in front of us but it otherwise started off smoothly.However when we got to the last lady who was handling the topping sections things quickly went south. Since both our orders were part of the preexisting line up, we assumed she would know what toppings went into each and even asked us about others. Before we could even say anything though she already had put things on that didn’t match the toppings in our orders. Both of us were at a loss for words as she hardly looked up and just kept going.If it wasn’t for the 5 or so orders piling up next to her, we would have said something then and there but decided to just take our orders and drinks and go.My spouse tried to take the toppings they didn’t want out of the wrap but in the end it was just a mess. My contained only a few of the toppings listed but tasted good otherwise.I may come back here again in the future but will likely just make my own bowl or wrap as the people who did that seemed to have better luck.

I visited on November 15th and had an excellent visit. I ordered a braised lamb and grilled chicken bowl and it was all delicous. It was all fresh and the employees let me know if things were going to cost me extra ahead of time. The employees there especially Victoria made ordering food east and I am looking forward to going back again. If you need a bite to eat and like quality food then head to Cava. You won't regret it.

I placed a big order for pickup a few weeks ago and there was a bit of a wait. However, I tried again today, and the order was ready upon my arrival.It seems like they are trying to improve their operations and it's working. The food is also fantastic so I will continue supporting them.
