läs merFourth Floor is quite a nice venue; it's got really good food, great service, and nice atmosphere.
Being a single diner on business, it is a bit of a hard time finding good places to eat once landing in the city.
Had a Friday afternoon lunch here - was brilliant ! The service was spot.
