Reviews are based on someone 's opinion, that 's the whole point of a review. I will share photos to prove what I wrote : It seems the member of staff who did not make any effort to resolve our concern is being defended in the restaurant 's responce. Cheese was watery, and a lot of it burnt. The vegan gluten free pizza was average and the cheese was in blobs rather than melted all over. Not as soft dough as I expected. The member of staff who said 'nothing we can do ' and blamed the cooking device, needs to learn better customer service. The lady was lovely and took something off the bill which we appreciated. However, she did day the vegan pizza toppings would not have melted if they put it in for less time so it will always be burnt abit. I couldn 't eat any of the crust as it was too hard and black. Overall I don 't think we would return and feel they need to change their cooking methods, rather than serving burnt food that makes it unhealthy and taste bad.

I went there for dinner tonight with my partner and had the best pizza of my life. I cannot believe how nice the food was and how great the service was too. I loved everything about it and will certainly be going again when I'm back in IOW. Thanks for a great meal Craft Vegan
